Challenge
Collecting payments is a real challenge for many businesses and this can lead to friction like late payments, incorrect amounts/references or even worse, paying the wrong person. BIID needed a simple payment solution able to reconcile their payments and invoices directly into their accounting software.
"We have been transitioning away from cheque payments for years and towards completely electronic payments, including card, direct debit and bank transfer. With traditional bank transfers it can sometimes be challenging to match the payment to the invoice."

Crezco simply adds a "Pay now" button to the sent invoices, allowing customers to pay BIID directly by clicking the link on the invoice, logging in to their bank and confirming the payment. The payment is easy, secure, instant and free, there is no risk of error and payments directly match the invoice in Xero automatically.
Result
BIID switched to Crezco a few months ago and can already see how convenient and easy it is for their clients to use our account-to-account payment solution. The automatic reconciliation process is an important benefit for them as they are saving time on admin tasks and can focus on developing the institute. Another benefit is that the payments are now made faster thanks to the convenience of the "Pay now" button attached to invoices, which makes an easier and faster checkout. Payments arrive instantly, resulting in a better cashflow management. Crezco is a great alternative to PayPal.
