User story - Simplefficient Bookkeeping

Challenge

Administration tasks can be time consuming in the daily routine of a business. Bookkeeping and payments can be difficult to understand and manage. A business must collect payments but it may also need to make payments to its suppliers and employees. This process can be very manual and often requires small business owners to spend time making one-to-one bank transfers. It’s easy to understand why this method is too inefficient and time-consuming. 

"Bookkeeping seems to overwhelm so many people, bringing them stress and frustration. Nobody wants to spend hours on admin, so finding simple and efficient solutions to admin tasks that will give them more time back and create accurate results is the ultimate goal."

There’s a lot of friction points when paying suppliers or employees, a business owner can make mistakes and send money to the wrong recipient or they can simply forget to make a payment. This leads to unpaid invoices and the start of a bad domino effect for the other parties involved.
