Challenge

MotorDesk is always improving their services to offer great value to their customers. In this context, allowing the car dealers using their platform to collect payments was a key value proposition. Card payments are expensive for merchants, especially for large ticket items, while also subject to chargebacks and payment delays. Manual bank transfers are not convenient, impossible to reconcile and automate, while also at risk of invoice fraud and human error. Open banking account-to-account payments are here to fill this gap and offer the best alternative with an easy, fast and cheap way to pay and get paid.
