Challenge

Clubs have access to the FA payment system (using PayPal), but BCFA prefers parents to make payments for fines direct to them. To do that, they need to use another payment solution that is simple, convenient and secure, that’s why they chose Crezco.

The Birmingham County Football Association needed a simple and convenient payment solution to collect fines from parents.

"Since covid, we have moved to a hybrid setup, so we needed to look at other payment options we could offer to customers that allowed them to make payments in a way that suited to them at a convenient time of the day. While clubs have access to the FA payment system, some clubs prefer parents to make payments for fines direct to us instead. In this instance other payment methods are required. We are also looking to go cashless for gate entrance payments to move with the times."
