User story - Aivilo

Challenge

Businesses want to get paid, but facilitating receivable transactions can take time and effort. Clients may not want to pay, send money to the wrong recipient due to human error, or pay their invoices could simply slip their minds. This can lead to cash-flow issues which impact the entire company or practice. Aivilo’s bank account can further discourage clients from paying their invoices. Initial payments to Aivilo can be flagged as potentially fraudulent due to Metro’s lack of a Confirmation of Payee platform. This costs both the client and Aivilo precious time and can cause unnecessary complications when invoice payment due dates are reached.
