Is Crezco free?
Single domestic payments are free. However, if you wish to make bulk payments, you will have to subscribe to our Send Plus plan.
Do you have any setup costs?
There are no setup costs.
Does it include unlimited payments?
Every plan come with unlimited payments (to collect payments). However, we apply a restriction based on volume for bulk payments (250/month). If you require a higher payment limit please contact us.
Can I assign user roles?
You can assign a number of user roles to each account user - this article outlines what permissions each role has.
Can I set up an account for my client?
Yes - you can set up accounts on behalf of as many clients as you like, directly from your dashboard.

Can I show my company branding?
Yes, you will have to subscribe to our Collect Plus or to our Premium plan. This allows you to add your brand logo and colours to your checkout and to customise the payment receipts too. To find out more about how to enable custom branding, please see here.
Can I change plans or cancel anytime?
Yes, you can change your plan whenever you want. If you downgrade to the Free plan, you will keep your advantages until the last day of your subscription.
To cancel, please let us know 14 days before your next billing date.
Can I use Crezco with my existing software?
Yes, Crezco seamlessly integrates with software like Xero, QuickBooks and more.
